How Teacher Factors Affect College Students’ Willingness to Communicate in an EFL Classroom

چکیده
The study divides teacher factors into ten dimensions, and analyses data from the perspectives of overall, gender profession using questionnaire surveys interviews. It was found that teaching attitude has greatest impact on college students’ communication willingness, while personality traits have least.
